Style Growth Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 25th August 2025

Welcome to the Style Growth Club (“SGC” or “the Membership”), an offering by Beyond Styling (“we,” “us,” “our”). By signing up and participating in this membership, you (“the Member” or “you”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and access. Please read carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The Style Growth Club is a community-powered, guided style membership that provides you with monthly resources, expert direction, and group support to help you grow your confidence and style clarity.

Subscription Options:

• Monthly: $49 AUD/month, billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Annual: $490 AUD/year, billed annually on a recurring basis.

Pre-Launch Member pricing is available for a limited time. Pre-Launch Members will retain their original rate for as long as their membership remains active. If cancelled and rejoined at a later date, re-entry will be at the current rate at the time of rejoining.

2. Inclusions

(a) Your Membership includes:

• Monthly live or recorded Q&A calls (format subject to change)
• Access to monthly style content & lessons
• Access to our private community
• The ability to ask style-related questions in designated community threads
• Members-only bonus content or offers when available

This membership is not a 1:1 personal styling service, nor a tailored style overhaul. It is a guided DIY experience.

(b) Annual Membership Bonuses:

Annual members may receive exclusive one-time bonuses as part of their 12-month membership term. These bonuses are offered once per annual cycle and do not roll over or renew automatically in future years, even if the membership is renewed.

Bonuses are subject to change and availability, and are only guaranteed within the initial 12-month term in which they are offered.

3. Cancellation & Billing Policy

Monthly Membership:

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No refunds for partial months.

Annual Membership:

• Commitment is for 12 months.
• Annual members may cancel at the end of their annual term to prevent renewal.
• No partial refunds for unused time.

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

All content, including videos, PDFs, recordings, templates, and any other materials shared within the Membership, are the intellectual property of Beyond Styling. You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or repurpose content for commercial use
• Republish or post materials outside the Membership
• Screen record or reproduce content without permission
• Share login access with others

Resources may be downloaded for personal use only. Membership access is granted per individual.

6. Conduct & Community Guidelines

This Membership is a safe, supportive and inclusive community space. You agree to:

• Engage respectfully and constructively
• Keep all shared content confidential
• Abide by our Community Guidelines (available in the Welcome Hub)
• Not engage in spam, solicitation, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove members from the community and/or revoke access without refund for any behaviour that violates these principles or puts others at risk.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential:

• Other members' personal stories, comments, and experiences
• Any behind-the-scenes processes, systems, or strategies shared by Beyond Styling
• All community discussions and member contributions

Sharing screenshots, content, or discussions outside the Membership without consent is prohibited.

8. Member Responsibility & Disclaimer

This is a group-based styling program, not a personalised or 1:1 service. Members are responsible for their own engagement, implementation, and results.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results will vary based on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances.

This Membership may not be suitable for individuals seeking a fully tailored style transformation. If that’s what you’re looking for, we recommend exploring our Beyond Empowered 1:1 experience.

9. Style Questions & Support

Questions must be submitted via the approved channels inside the community:

• Community forum threads (for general questions)
• Submission forms (for Q&A call submissions)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. If questions exceed the capacity of live calls, responses may be provided separately via the platform.

You must remain opted in to receive Membership emails so you don’t miss important updates, training drops, and live session notifications. Opting out of emails may result in missed content and access issues.

10. Payment Issues

Payments are processed via Flodesk Checkout powered by Stripe. Failed payments will be automatically retried. If payment cannot be processed, your access will be paused until the issue is resolved.

11. Guest Experts

From time to time, guest contributors may feature inside the Membership. All intellectual property rights for their contributions remain with the contributor or Beyond Styling as applicable.

12. Marketing Use

By joining the Style Growth Club, you grant Beyond Styling permission to use your shared feedback, testimonials, progress updates, or wins (including screenshots or written contributions within the community) for marketing and promotional purposes across platforms such as our website, social media, and email.

We will always prioritise discretion and may anonymise or paraphrase content unless you’ve given explicit permission to share your name or identifying details.

12. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you apply the content and for any decisions or actions you take based on it. Beyond Styling and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your participation in the Membership.

13. Technical Disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are compatible with any third-party services used for live calls or content. Beyond Styling is not responsible for technical difficulties outside our control.

14. Agreement

By joining the Style Growth Club, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
